We have LVT in the bedrooms and we have ordered carpets, the carpet place are happy to lay the carpet straight over the LVT. But I’m wondering if it’s better to take the LVT up.
Firstly the door will need to be planed down, where I believe the LVT maybe on something like plywood, removing it may mean no planing is required.
What’s the best thing to do? The doors are fire doors so will be heavy and in total there are 10 cupboard doors that’s would likely need to be planed down.
