Carrying on my fallout 3 with the GOTY edition

Just a quick question, I traded in fallout 3 earlier this year with only getting broken steel. I fancy playing it again but will I be able to continue my saves on the new GOTY edition?

Yep, just continues from your last save point, with the new quests becoming available by map markers.

I did this.

The GOTY edition comes with a 2nd disc that allows you to install all the DLC. You then play off the main disc and continue with any saves.
