going for a big overclock or just for less heat noise etc?

bit of both, the twin kfa2 670s are clocked up a bit and hit around 1200hz on boost however on reference boards and fans they hit 75c with the fans on full and it really isnt pleasant. My 3770 is already running at 4.4 on air but again is hitting around 70c and at under 1.2v i know this should break 4.5 easy if I could combat the heat a bit. Dont want to go mad just want a decent comfortable clock and not have bleeding ears
