I'm thinking to upgrade my current case "cooler master HAF-X" to a new better case for my new 3080 that il be getting. I like the look of hte phantek Enthoo 719, but I have a few questions.

is this a good altrnative. does it come with any fans? if not how many would i need to get and what ones would be good. or if there is a better case im open to sugestions.

No. Answer to your question 'How many Fans' is what do you plan on putting inside said case! If its a Nvidia 3*** then as many fans as possible due to the heat it outputs! If not then its a compromise between keeping the inside cool & fan noise.

Best price performance fans are Artic cooling.

well my current case i only have 1 custom fan that i installed in the back which is a small be quitre silent wings 3.. the only other fans are the stock fans which are 3 large fans. one in the front one on the side and one on the top. and my cpu cooler which is a NZXT kraken x52. so given that ..would i be ok with just buying 3 large fans for that case?

HAFx specs say that it has 2x 200mm fans (Top & Side) & 230mm at the front. the Phanteks Enthoo 719 takes 120 & 140 mm fans so I think that the airflow wont be quite as much if you only buy 3 fans at those sizes. The HAFx is regarded as one of the best cases for airflow at the time but things have moved on since. It is designed for many PC hardware configurations & can take up to 15x120mm fans if desired. I think you need to decide where to install the NZXT in that case before buying any fans for it. Also the goal is to have 'positive air pressure' inside the case too which will reduce dust buildup inside the new case.

i was going to do what i always do. have the kraken raidiator and fan hanging from the roof of the case.. put in my 1x silent wings 3 at the back of the case and get 3 other fans to put in the front of the case. maybe the phanteks SK120 HIgh Airflow 120mm as they come in a tripple pack for like £30

I went for the XP ones as they meant to have more air flow at 300rpm lower and much lower dB's & more Static Pressure
https://www.overclockers.co.uk/phanteks-ph-f140xp-pwm-140mm-fan-black-white-fg-009-pt.html

PH-F140SK FAN
Speed (RPM) = 500-1500 ± 150 rpm
Max Airflow = 84.5 CFM
Acoustical Noise =36 dB (A)
Static Pressure = 1.23 mm H2O

PH-F140XP FAN
Speed (RPM) = 600-1200 ± 250 rpm
Max Airflow = 40.9 - 85.19 CFM
Acoustical Noise = 15.22 - 19 dB (A)
Static Pressure = 0.39-1.52mm H2O

PH-F140MP Fan
Speed (RPM) = 500-1600 ± 250 rpm
Max Airflow = 68.1 CFM
Acoustical Noise = 17-25.3 dB (A)
Static Pressure = 1.62 mm H2O

so 19 db is the highest?

im still undecided..im still waiting for sales.. but iv now been told that the 719 is meant for watercooling custom loops and its not good for airflow or for its price. they suggested me these other ones. what do people think? 719 or one of the others? im looking for lowest noise possible at idel operation.
