i have a thermaltake gts snow edition, this one here http://uk.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001944

i am looking to replace the case fans that are inside, there too noisey for me, but havent a clue which ones to go for to replace them both, and my cpu fan or whatever they call it, above my chip, i want my system very quite, i think my fan in my gtx460 is noisey too, but dont know if i can replace that ? i need help here people, it is driving me crazy

The GTX 480s are known to be loud but it's not always recommended to replace the GPU cooler.

You can have a look at the Noctua and Bitfenix fan range. I have a Bitfenix fan myself and they are super quiet. Noctua have a reputation for being quiet so you can't go wrong there.

Well it depends which heatsink (CPU fan) you have. The Arctic Cooling Freezer Xtreme Rev.2 is extremely quiet but a bit bulky.
If you want something neat and efficient and cheap, then the hyper 212 evo is good enough.

I had this case (in black) however I found there wasn't much leg room for the fans, hence the louder than I would like ambiance, I changed to 120mm 12v cooler master blue LED's 2 top and 1 bottom next to the power supply, and left the 140m side fan off, which I found to be the cause of the loudness you refer to, you could try that combination with whichever fans you choose, not just cooler masters, but they are good.
