really not sure. monitors arent my strong point. the main difference is it not being an IPS panel, which i know is better but i'm not 100% sure why. theres also the slight size difference

Lancool would demolish the 430... It's an amazing case, but maybe go to the middle ground?
Get a CM690-Lite I'd say and meet somewhere in the middle for the monitor

if you want a windowed case, the cm 690 lite is not the way to go
Sadly the monitor isn't 120HZ
antec 900 is ancient, if you want a case with a window, get the one with cable management and black interior.

Given the choice I'd go for the best monitor and the cheapest case I could get away with. You spend the vast majority of your time looking at the monitor and following the initial build only a small fraction of the time looking at the case. I'd not compromise my monitor choice for a different looking case as long as the case is ok you can always add a window/lighting later.
Maybe look at a second hand case to keep the price down.
