Case and Watercooling Advice

Hey guys, at first i wanna mainly ask about what case and what kind of best water-cooling option would you suggest for me. Price really doesn't matter.
Although I am in the UK so it must be available in the EU.

First Specs I am going for are follows:

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor (Pretty sure about this one)
Motherboard:Asus MAXIMUS VII HERO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (Pretty sure about this one)
RAM: G.Skill Trident X 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (Might change)
Storage: SSD: 850EVO 250GB and Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (Pretty sure about this one)
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 980TI (Not so sure but pretty sure)
PSU: Antec High Current Pro Platinum 1000W 80+ Platinum Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (Pretty sure)
Optical Drive: Pioneer BDR-S09XLT Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer (Pretty sure)
Sound Card: Asus Xonar Essence STX 24-bit 192 KHz Sound Card (pretty sure)
Case Fans: Noctua NF-F12 PWM 55.0 CFM 120mm Fan (4x+ - Pretty sure)

Now the parts i need really help with is the case and cooling.

The cases I might wanna go for are: Cooler Master Cosmos II OR Corsair 900D
I like Cosmos 2 little bit more cause it looks more cool but i think it doesn't fit triple radiators.
If you know about any other case that can be used i take any ideas!:)

The other thing is cooling, I want Basic Water Cooling Loop - CPU and GPU
What i want is advice about what to use, if there are any good kits that would fit for my socket and Case.
But if someone can give me specific parts list or specific Kit that I can get which includes tubes, reservoir and everything else I will be verry happy.
Price doesn't matter really but I don't want to spend more than £250 on the KIT.

Thank you for any advice!:)

I cant help with the water cooling parts but I can suggest alternative cases that are cheaper and well suited for custom loops such as,

YOUR BASKET
1 x Phanteks Enthoo Evolv ATX Mid Tower Case - Black £139.99
1 x Phanteks Enthoo Luxe Full Tower Case - Black £119.99
1 x Phanteks Enthoo Pro Mid Tower Case with Window - White £89.99
Total : £374.09 (includes shipping : £20.10 Ex.VAT).

The Evolve ATX has no option for an internal optical drive, so you would have to go for an external USB one.

And also a few changes/options to your spec,

Faster rated RAM

PSUs are made by superflower with a 10yr warranty and you can get these custom braided cables for them.

As always some great suggestions above.

Phanteks are great WC case, if you want to go all out the Enthoo primo is a great case, at £200, its pricey but huge. The 900D is hugely over-rated and the cosmos isnt great, a bit outdated now.

Watercooling wise i think you need to expand your budget a bit (maybe another £100) as blocks for CPU and GPU will add up to £150 alone, a good pump/res will also set you back £70-£100. You see why I think £250 isn't enough.

As stulid has suggested some alterations to your build can save you a lot of money. I would reconsider items like sound cards and such... As its a lot of money and if its only gaming a sound card (£80-£100) is pretty redundant.

I like my 900D but I'm not convinced it's my best investment. The other case suggestions look good though.

I agree with dropping the sound card and adding that into the wc budget.

The wc budget is just not gonna cut it in my opinion and £400 I think would be a fair estimate. From my own experience I end up spending more than I estimate with angled fittings and just getting it going. So maybe use part of the case money towards this also?

Thank you for all suggestions;)I am still little bit unsure about whole water cooling idea, I just wanted to do something extreme but its still my first build what I will be doing. I think I might just go with Cosmos 2 because I like the design and go for AIR cooling route.

With that my option was Noctua NH-D15 82.5 CFM CPU Cooler

Not sure if there is better one than that.

Also i want to ask, how big difference is there? Air Cooling CPU and watercooling one? If you would compare that to Noctua NH-D15 Double Air Fan set up vs WaterCooling.

The NH-D15 is I think the best air cooler you can get, its large so ideally you want low profile RAM, but it does have cut outs in the heatsink stack to accommodate tall RAM (the Corsair Vengeance for example i know fits).

It will match an all in one cooler such as a H100i etc while remaining quieter.

A good custom water cooling will beat both (temps and noise) do to bigger diameter tubing for more flow, larger rads (more surface area) and has no trouble fitting the tallest of RAM.
