Yeah I only have tag ties but I do have like 100 lolI find it easier to do as each piece goes in and use velcro so I can undo and place another cable along the same route as I go.

I put everything in first because half the cables are attached anyway and I generally find it easier to route the cables to the PSU, rather than the other way around.
I also layer some cables on top of others, so the top ones will be the components I'm more likely to swap out, ie hard drives, fans, etc.
