Case cleaning help needed

The aluminium internals of my TJ07 are covered in gease marks, sweaty finger prints etc. as I've just finished modding it for a water build.

Whats the best way to clean it?

Is warm soapy water and a cloth ok?

Baby oil eh? Actually we have baby oil in the house and the mrs is away for the day so might give it a bash...sorry!
