Hi all, having had a series of Corsair H115i fail in my gargantuan Cooler Master Cosmos II case, I gave up on the Corsair brand and ordered an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 instead.

It's just arrived, and to my amazement, I've discovered it doesn't fit. I checked in advance that the Cosmos had enough mounting points for a 360, but in practice there are various protrusions within the case that make it impossible to fit flush, and the cooler is incredibly thick so there's not much scope to move things around.

I'm a bit fed up with the case anyway and due for a rebuild, so I wondered what cases do comfortably fit an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360?

it is not just the length but the thickness of the rad + fans that need to fit. A lot of cases might fit a 360 up top but not have the space for the thickness required for the freezer II

Your H115i rad is 26mm and fans are about 26mm so a totoal of 52mm thick with fans.
LF II 360 rad is 38mm thick and fans are about 26mm so a total of 64mm .. 12mm thicker / 12mm farther down toward / over top of motherboard.
Do you have 12mm or more clearance between bottom of fans on H115i and motherboard components?

Not by a long shot. Either the cooler or the case has to go. Perhaps I could sacrifice the front drive bays and mount the rad on the front, but why have a case the size of a Smart car if it can't hold any drives?

I've been limiting my search to cases listed on https://************.com/products/case/?compatible_with=2PFKHx#sort=-price&page=1, but I have my doubts on that list as it includes some cases I know quite well that would struggle to fit the Freezer II 360.

I think I'll probably go with a Dark Base Pro 900 Rev. 2 as the entire motherboard can shift up and down to make room, so it can surely fit anything.
