I'm about to order the components for my new build, want to get the following case...

and the following cooler...

I've looked up the measurements on both and I think it should all fit, however is there anything obvious I might be missing? I'm just wondering if the noise dampening material will reduce the case width so significantly that the cooler wont fit.
I'm also unsure about how much width I lose with the mobo mountings and the CPU seating.
