Case cooling advice

I recently bought two 80mm coolermaster fans for the back of my case but didn't notice much of a difference on Motherboard Monitor. My case has a fan at the front of it and was wondering if that is the reason for this - I understand that it's best to keep the airflow in the same direction?

Here is my case specifics

Also, should the arrow on the 80mm fan be pointing towards or away from the CPU? This fan has an up and down arrow too!

One arrow is airflow direction, the other is blade rotation.
The rear fans airflow arrow should be pointing out the case.

Blowing onto the cpu if you mean its the one attached to the heatsink.
