Case Cooling

I recently had to rebuild my server due to a motherboard issue and I have noticed the temperatures of the hard drives are higher than I would like i.e. 40+. Are there any suggestions on how I could improve the cooling on my Fractal Design Mini R2 case. It still has the original fan, which I am hoping to replace but I don't really know a good replacement. Are there any other ways to improve the temps in the case other than changing the fan?

Any recommendations on a good quiet fan for the case? I believe its 140mm.
Something that is PWM with a decent static pressure rating (1.5+mm h2o).
*PWM so you can have it speed controlled with a PWM molex powered splitter using the PWM signal from motherboard cpu fan socket (assuming you have PWM on mobo and your cpu cooler fan is PWM). Fan will speed up as demand for air to coolers increase and idle down quietly when not needed.
*Good static pressure to overcome the resistance of the filter and grill.

I use Thermalright TY-140 fans. TY-147 is cheaper and in black/white. Problem is they have 120mm mounting holes and are 151x140mm in size. I assume you need 140x140mm to fit and 140mm mounting holes.

Another very good fan is the Kaze Maru 2 / Slip Stream 140 PWM, but again it's 120mm mounting holes.

The fans with * on end are 140mm. Blue/white is dBA and grey/red is cfm.

Corsair fans now come in the PWM flavor
