Case DESTROYED Overclockers not responding

Hi Everyone,

My brother recently bought a case (CRYSTAL 680X RGB HIGH AIRFLOW ATX CASE)and it arrived dented in the back with paint cracked and we wanted a return. Contacted overclockers and didnt get a response in a week.

He decided to start building today as he just wanted his sytem and thought he can always just take his PC out if they can send him a not broken one. but now when building he noticed the case doesnt even have the normal accessories and that the top fan grill isnt even the official fan grill. It is just a fan grill someone put basic magnets on.

So my question is.. does anyone know if overclockers have been struggling recently and what to do?
