Right so i have a Cooler Master CM-690 II Lite Dominator Case, and i have connected the fans to the mobo no problem, i am just strugling on where to connect the fan to my PSU. i have a corsair GS600 gaming PSU.

The fan itself is a 3 pin connector, yeh my PSU does not have anything like that, so will i need to get some sort of adapter? if so which one?

Many thanks :)

If you connect the fan to your motherboard you don't need to connect the fan to your PSU as-well.

Ah i see. but when i had the full system sent to me, the fans on the case lit up. but when i took the PSU out and installed the new one it no longer lights up. unless i unplugged something i shouldn't of..

Check all of your cables, especially any three pin splitters. The fans draw power from the mother board so if yore pc powers on then check the fan cables> Did you have a molex to three pin splitter?

Looking at a review of the case, it looks like only the front fan lights up? It's the clear one, the rear and top appear to be standard black CM fans. Is the front fan spinning?
