One of the 140mm fans in the top of my case has started grinding, due to a loose bearing I assume. I've bought a couple new fans but can't get these ones out at all, as the screws just will not budge. I'll try and put some grease or something on them, but in the meantime am I fine to leave this fan in and spinning? The noise is annoying and I thought about disconnecting the fan but it's still providing cooling, so I can put up with the noise. Just wondering if there are any risks to leaving it for the time-being?

I'd just unplug it if it's annoying. If temperatures suffer too much then by all means plug it back in and put up with the noise.

Pop into a haberdashery and get some sewing machine oil.
Alternatively, use the oil that comes with an electric shaver as it's the same stuff. That'll quieten those bearings down nicely for a good long while.

use some wd40 leave it few hours to wrk then try undoing them

also try tightening them first to break the seal then undo them
