What do you think guys?

YS-TECH FD1225 120mm Fan - 4 Pin

Delta 120mm Focussed Flow Fan (EHE)

The delta is quite loud, but im tempted to buy because of its airflow. 195CFM

The YS-TECH isnt too bad as well but just how loud is the delta exactly if any one has one? 105 CFM

Also can you recommend me a good 92mm fan with a good CFM as well?

There are a few videos about that show exactly how loud they are.

They are very very loud :D

Do not get the delta. It is FAR too loud to be able to live with, and you'll just end up buying a replacement.

Sharkoon do a 92mm version of their Silent eagle range I think that push a good amount of air and are quiet.
 
The YS Tech 120mm looks good. Still a bit loud 49 db but i can live with that no problem.

Also thinking of getting Scythe Kama PWM 92mm Fan looks good its got a 55 CFM airflow?
 
Avoid the Ys Techs too! I ordered 4x120mm and 2x80mm on my OCuk Globalwin case back in 2002 and they are insanely loud! Even with just one running!!

I suggest you choose from:-
Noctua P12
Akasa Amber
Sharkoon eagle
Late Yoon

for the sake of your street's ears ;)
