Looking for the ol rubber mounts to mount up my case fans...an d im just wondering, are there any that are better than the others....or do they all do the same job

Well IMO they don't make too much difference.. but the Akasa ones sold on this site are the nbest you'll find.
I work on an Airfield and was able to get my hands on some anti-vibration tape used for the instruments... kicked the bejeesus out of the rubber mounts
Look around, be inventive, but the Rubber mounts on OCUK are as good as they come. I'll put money on the fact you won't notice much difference in noise

just put some rubber washers on the screw between the fan and case

Anti vibration tape...sound interesting....might see what I can do with my friends on the airfields heh
