case fan ?

Hi All I have a Antec model case here

and i want to know what speed to set the cooling fan on ? by default it is set to Low ...any ideas ? is it better to just get a one speed fan ?

The setting is more to do with how hot the case and components are getting and how much noise you can bear, most people end to run these Antec fans at their lowest setting though to keep the noise down.
