hi,
i have just bought a load of new noctua NF-p12 fans, to replace my stock case fans. So what would be the best set up with my fans to get the best air flow. the case has:
2 x front fans blowing over HDD;
1 x side fan;
1 x exhaust fan;
1 x 200mm top fan.

my psu fan blows up though my case onto the graphics card, so i dont now if that would change the way i should setup the side fan.

What case is it? Sounds like an Antec 900/902.

Both front fans should be intake and in the lowest possible slots. Rear exhaust. Top exhaust and leave the side fan off. If you have an extra fan, Put in on the rear HDD bracket blowing air over your graphics card.

This is assuming its an Antec 900/902

yer it is an antec 902 case. i do have a rear HDD bracket but it wont fit cus my graphis card is too big. so should the side fan blow into the case ?

I would say leave the side fan off, It normally just disrupts the airflow.

What card have you got? If its not majorly long, You can remove the HDD enclosure, Leaving the fan bit at the front in the case and still get the extra fan bracket in to aid in pushing air over the graphics card.
