case fans for centurion 590

Anyone with this case ever have any problems using the screws (provided with akasa 120mm fans) to fix the fans to the top panel of the case?

They don't seem a great fit to me!

there not a great fit and i had to buy some more due to stripping them.
the best way is to put the screws in the fans first to make a thread then attach to the case...makes it a lot easier.

Always do this as the Ambers casings seem to be bullet proof.
on one of mine I actually had to ore it a little bit before it would eeven think of letting a screw in.

Bore a little, pop in a screw sometimes need to thread em in and out a few times to get a complete fit, then mount on case.

might be easier with the rubber pull thru mounts if yer usin ambers and cba to mess around.
