Case Fan Advice Please!

I'm going to be putting a build together tomorrow in the Cooler Master Elite 360 case. I found someone else's photo of the same case in another forum post here:

I could do with a bit of advice on case fans; I've never used a case with no front intake before and it's thrown me a bit. It's an i5 2400 build. Not overclocking, so just using the stock cooler. Using on-board graphics too, so GPU cooling doesn't need to be considered.

I have one 120mm and two 80mm fans to use. (Although, if I don't need all three, please say! Quiet is always nice :))

There is space for two 80mm fans at the rear of the case.
The top of the case can house either an 80mm or a 120mm fan.
I could also mount either an 80mm or a 120mm fan on the side panel (the side we're looking into on the photo)
There's also room for an 80mm one in the bottom of the case.

Seeing as it's going to be standing vertically, my gut feeling is that the bottom 80mm would be useless for intake. Although, the case will be standing on a hard surface (i.e. not carpet) so I could be wrong?

I presume the side fan would be good for blowing cold intake air onto the CPU and RAM. Am I correct? But what about exhausts? One top, one back? Two back? Am I best using the 120mm for intake or the top exhaust?

My other concern is the lack of air flow to cool the HDD down (just the one, in the bay at the very top right in the photo above) - should I be worried about this?

Thanks in advance, really appreciate the helpfulness of this forum. Sorry for the long post too, but I wanted to include everything I think might be relevant!

Get a 120mm in the roof and the two 80mm on the rear.

So you are running the case with negative air pressure.

So not buy any more fans for it, other wise you may as well get a better case to begin with.

No intake at all, really?!
I've not gone to any expense for the fans - the 120mm came with the case, and I had the 80mm ones knocking about (they're not exactly quiet though!)

Cheers for the advice :)
