Case fans not spinning

Hi all, I've just run into a problem after opening up my pc and doing some cable management. Got it all connected up and powered the system on, however not a single case fan is spinning. It's quite strange as there is only one fan plugged into the motherboard header and that fan does not spin BUT the LEDs do come on. The other LED fan plugged into the PSU has no activity at all.

I suppose this could half rule out the PSU being the problem, as the one connected to the header is also functioning improperly. The CPU fan is spinning which is also a good sign. I'm suspecting the motherboard may have died on me whilst I was doing the cable managing, although the PC boots into Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit just fine, albeit at rather warm temperatures.

Fans affected are:
- 2x Yate Loon D12SM-12 (Both plugged into the PSU with a 3 pin to molex adapter)
- 2x Zalman 120mm LED fans (Came with my case so unaware of the name, one connected the same as the Yate Loons, other connected to motherboard header (This is the one where only the LEDs have any power))
- 1x Zalman 120mm fan (Again unsure of the name, connected to the PSU through 3 pin to molex adapter)

PSU - Corsair TX650
Motherboard - Asus M2N68-LA (This is an old motherboard and is actually a HP variant (Narra6), as most of this PC was originally part of a pre built HP system. As such I'm unable to access most of the BIOS settings as they are locked)
CPU - AMD Athlon II X3 440 @3.00GHz
GPU - Radeon HD 6770

EDIT: Any more info required I can give, and sorry if this is in the wrong section I wasn't 100% sure where to put it

This is....... hard to comprehend
If you have multiple fans connected to the psu and they do not work that means there is no power
Your computer should not be able to turn on
What connector do those fans use? 4 pin molex?
