Got my self a x9 core case in white.

My 980ti 6g is now 5c warmer than when in my haf-x.

Gonna buy 12 af120 fans for top and side.

What do I buy to link them all up. Not sure I care for a fan controller, but I need some daisy chain power cable to plug into my PSU correct?

Can some point me at the cables and maybe controller I would need?

Also as the mobo lies flat, would having the top fans ad intake be an OK plan? Really want to blow air on to my card.

Fans I'm using.

Have 2 of these from the OcUK TechLabs AIO GPU cooler.

I'm running 6 fans from my GPU header with the cable linked above a simple splitter + Gelid GPU PWM adapter (makes the GPU header compatible with the PWM size of connection). I've got 4 on the rad, 1 blowing at an angle on the ramsinks + the 92mm fan which fits the G10 bracket and cools VRM. Akasa sells an FP3 version - u should check out their homepage.

If your running a stock cooler on the 980 then u won't need the Gelid adapter, just use a motherboard connection.

I have 1 PWM pushing my CPU cooler and 1 3-pin pulling with another 3-pin exhausting each run off separate motherboard headers. I was running a 200mm side fan from a mobo header but after a couple of sirens plugged it directly into the molex.

I'm just about to buy the thermaltake core x9 in white :) can you post some pictures and what are your thoughts on this case

I'm thinking of the same case did you end up getting your fans how is it now?

Sorry guys. Missed your responses.

Case is bloody amazing. Clean looks and love the horizontal layout.

It is big though. Very big.

Got 6 af120 white led fans with a sentry 3 controller.

Looks great.

Only comment ia that you need fans. Air flow is hard as it is soooo big.

Got 4 exhaust on top two intake on bottom and the stock on front. Took out some rubbish OEM on the back.

Missed this.

Just buy it. As long as you have the floor space. Its huge.

It could fit two mobos in easily if it could.
