my case fans are only running at 10rpm according to nvidia monitor view, any idea why?

if there actually that slow, then they wont be doing anything, but you'd be able to tell have a look at them, and at that speed they won't even be blurred due to movement.
10rpm is 10 360degree turns per minute so that is stupidly slow, so something is wrong.
do you have a fan controller by any chance?

10 rpm means it take 6 seconds to turn once.... XDXD thats soooo slow!

yeah it does seem to be going slow but not that slow! Could it be the AMD cool and quiet? How do you turn the speed up?
