Case Fans

Hi Guys just wanted a bit of advice in terms of 140mm fans cause im in the market to pick some up but i don't know what to look at.
I was hoping to find some that were quiet with good airflow.
if anyone could help i would be grateful.

The Akasa range fans are good for silence and airflow.

I recently bought 2 140mm Akasa Viper fans : http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-063-AK

They move a lot of air. My southbridge was overheating to about 100 degrees celsius but with an added side intake fan and an extractor fan, those temps have been reduced to about 40 on idle and 70ish under full load.

You will notice they are pretty loud when running on 100% but at 50, they are barely noticeable and still move a good amount of air.

got two using as exhaust in my case if i turn them off the temps rise rapidly so i know they doing a good job whisper quite too far better than my stock fans

I use the Vipers in & out running between 700/900 rpm and don't hear them.
