Im looking for a case for my new rig, around the £80 mark. The most important thing is it is a good looking case, and the airflow and build quality must be decent. The three I've been looking at are

Thermaltake VA3000BWA Tsunami Dream SuperMidi Aluminium Tower - Black

Thermaltake VC3000BWS Armour Jr SuperMidi Tower - Black

Coolermaster Wave Master - Black

Ive heard the Thermaltake cases don't have the best build quality or airflow compared to the likes of Lian Li, but unfortunately I think all the Lian Li cases look rubbish. The Thermaltakes aren't going to fall apart after a week are they?

Atm Im swaying toward the Armour Junior because it looks great and its the cheapest. please give your opinions on the three above cases and feel free to suggest any others

from my experiance with thermaltake cases, its not a case of them failing to bits in a week, just the finish inside is just not as nice when compared to Lian Li

out of them i would go for the armor jr

looks the best, and the build quality wont be that bad

i agree the Lian Li are just ugly, although they are a great build

i am having the same trouble, finding a great looker with a great build, finding it harder than it should be

I think Ill go for the Armour Jnr then after reading the comments. I wish there was somewhere I could see these cases in real life, does anyone know if theres any high street shops in London where I could view them? Obviously don't mention any competitors but a general idea of where I could find any PC hardware stores.

Hi, Seen these in my local shop not too long ago.

The Tsunami in real life I feel is a bit odd, the front aluminium panel looks bolted on and a bit rubbish IMO. I think the case itself is just the lower priced Soprano without the plastic front door.

The Coolermaster is like a solid bit of aluminium, the door shuts magnetically with a big thud, and looked quite massive when I saw it.

After seeing them in the flesh on looks and feel alone I would have gone with the Coolermaster, feels absolutely solid, but I couldn't comment on the cooling performance.
