Any recommendations?

I would need quite a bit of room for cable management and would like to have pretty good circulation in there.

Any good cases for that price range?

its ever so slightly over price, but the antec 100 is probably the best case for you. the coolermaster elite 430 has pretty much zero cable management

Antec 100: £43.99

or, if you want a window and a fan controller, go for the zalman Z9

Zalman Z9: £44.99

Well ive used the 430 in about 20 builds and always managed a neat install, so saying its got zero cable management is a bit misleading.

work college just got a 430 for his new PC and I think he's done a brilliant job of keeping it tidy inside. Personally I'm not a fan of blue fans any more, but for the price I don't think you can argue.

I got a 2nd hand Lian Li instead - much nicer :) (We had a £45 budget)
