Hi :)

I recently purchased a Kolink Citadel Mesh RGB for a new build - but have come across a couple of issues relating to the fans, otherwise a nice case!

1: One of the fans (rear) spins but there is no lighting effects, I've tried plugging it into different slots in the fan pcb, including ones where the other fans (which work) are plugged into - this suggests the fan is defective and I probably need to talk to OC to get it replaced (some of the wires look squashed from being poorly installed).

2: Second issue may just be my own ignorance :D the fans are all plugged into the fan pcb on the back of the MB plate, and both the front fans light up on boot (the case button also cycles different effects) however, I don't seem to be able to change lighting effect using the MSI software (B550M PRO-VDH WIFI) and the data socket/argb connector on the fan pcb appears to be a bit loose (I can change fan speed profiles in bios and software).

Edit: 3rd potential issue: No remote included

The fan pcb has:
6 pairs of fan connectors (power/argb)
1 connector to case (assume for the cycle lighting effects button)
1 power input
1 connector going to MB 'Sys Fan 1'
1 connector going to MB argb 'Jrainbow1'

Would appreciate any suggestions/thoughts? before I get back in contact customer services.

Thanks!
