Case help please?

Hi, I currently have a Thermaltake View 31 case which broke at the end of February. After 6 months of trying to contact Thermaltake, and not getting a single reply, I have decided just to get another case.

My current case has a 360mm rad on the top, and a 280mm rad on the front. I basically want to keep the current radiators and want to keep the tempered glass look, but I'm finding it hard to find another case that supports what I have.

I have looked at the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv but from what I can gather, it doesn't support 280mm radiators.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Alos, for obvious reasons, I don't want anything from Thermaltake ever again.

I feel your pain. Thermaltake is a company I would NEVER purchase a product from. IMO they are shoddy, and their business practices as far as "originality" is concerned are shady (again, IMO). I don't want to get sued by Thermaltake.

Haha, tell me about it. Their forums are full of unanswered questions and I found myself answering them myself. Weirdly though, all the US residents are getting their questions answered, just not Europeans. I've even read a few posts here, all claiming that their support sucks and to get a response, use x email. Of which I did, and guess what? Yes, you got it, not a single reply. The weird thing is, for the last 20 or so years I've purchased nothing but Thermaltake, and I've had a few problems, all of which got resolved after a week. So what on earth is happening now Thermaltake?

Have you tried contacting them on social media?

The Phanteks Evolv TG / Evolv support 360 and 280mm radiators.

Yeah, I went with the Phanteks case in the end. When I praised Thermaltake for the quality of the chassis in the View 31, before that, I had never had a case that's as exquisite as the Phanteks case, and now I'm amazed that Thermaltake are still in business, considering the quality of the Phanteks case. I'm sure there are other brands that are just as good too.
To answer your question, yes, I have... I've contacted them through Twitter and Facebook. I just think they're ignoring me, even though I've done nothing to be treated like this and it seems that there are a LOT of people not having their questions, problems and just general woes answered. But oh well, for as long as I exist, I'm making it my sole purpose to stop or make people think twice about getting anything from Thermaltake.

Anyway, rant over.
