HI

I have just bought Asus Maxi IV Extreme Z Motherboard which is 269.24mm long 12" x 10.6"

I cant find a case that has

side window
5.25" Bay
Silent

Can anyone recommend one that is not too expensive and in the UK

A few ideas:

Phanteks Enthoo Pro M Acrylic - around £75
NZXT Source 530 - around £75
Phanteks Enthoo Pro M (non-acrylic) - around £65

I've got the acrylic Enthoo Pro M for my main build and it's great. Has one 5.25" bay and a huge window. Silence largely depends on which fans you put in there.

Do like the Phanteks Enthoo Pro M Acrylic and None Acrylic but it says on the spec sheet E-ATX *(up to 264mm wide), ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX

My Motherboard is 269.24mm long 12" x 10.6" ... so I assume it wont fit

For the NZXT Source 530 it says ITX, Micro-ATX, ATX, EATX (322x272mm) so this one will fit....Would prefer the Phanteks as its better looking...

Is there any other options as I could increase my budget slightly
