Case Lighting Recommendations

I have a Fractal R4 with a side window and would like to illuminate the inside of the case. Ideally I would prefer not to spend more than £10. What would be best, a cold cathode or a LED strip?

LED a lot easier to hide and a lot nicer light effect

Ive used NZXT braided LED lighting strips in my past two builds (a 2M blue one and a 2M white one). They are great, but the adhesive pads could be a little better.

Used the bitfenix alchemy strips on a build before which gave nice even lighting uses some good 3M adhesive on the back so no fear of it coming unstuck.

Akasa Vegas strips are just as good as Alchemy and a lot cheaper.

I'll keep that one in mind, always like saving a few £ if I can and not skimping out on quality.

Thanks for the replies, Will I be able to get away with using one vegas strip in an R4 case or will I need two?

I went with the Akasa Vega strip in blue, fitted to the front side of the case so that the LED's can't be seen from the outside, it provides good even lighting. I'm very pleased with it, it appears to be good quality. I'm not sure how the more expensive ones could be any better.
