Case lighting

People, what is the best / cheapest way to add lighting to the inside of the PC. Years ago i used a Cold Cathode.

I want a nice 'Blue' light inside the PC as i have a window in the side. Daughter loves the idea of having a 'Blue' light in there. Any ideas would be superb!
