Never seen this before in 7 yrs of PC building.
Shut down PC as normal from windows, and the mobo and case fans powered off.
But my case lights (LED's and cathodes) all remained on!
Booted again and shut down and same thing happened.
Haven't changed any system settings in BIOS or otherwise.
Hasn't done it last few shut downs but had to flick the PSU off at the back to get them to turn off in the first instance!
This PSU emits some squeal at idle (annoying) which is why i've got an RMA with corsair. Seems the 12v rail was still active at any rate, even though its fan was off!
Any ideas? From reading around the net ppl usually blame the PSU or mobo.
Maybe only way to tell is if it keeps doing it and swap in my trusty HX620 again...
