Case modding advice - Wavemaster

I have a silver wavemaster, currently lives under the desk but im wanting to mod it and move it to the top of the desk. Not sure on what to do and how to go about doing it, thinking of a clear sidepanel but I am useless with a jigsaw, help!

im thinking of getting rid of the side panel completely and having a big piece of acrylic instead, like the guy did here : http://www.wizdforums.co.uk/showthread.php?t=3106

hmmm good point, but it does save me from messing up my side panel, as i really am useless with a jigsaw, as for the front mounting towers, i dont think they look that bad

that seems like a v good idea! Im thinkin of just screwing it in via holes in top an bottom rails
