hey guys,

right, am planning a Cpu WC loop, got all my parts only trouble is, the 240 rad wont fit anywhere comfortably lol,

i've decided to cut part of the roof of my case to house the rad and barbs but was wondering what the prefered cutting method would be, i know some people use dremels but i dont have very much money about after all my loop stuff, anyone got any ideas? the case is a Xigmatek Midgard, i'm pretty sure the top part of the case beneath the clip on plastic part is metal of some kind lol

i think i might have some tin snips somewhere, other than that, i pretty much dont, not for cutting metals anyways :(

Jigsaw with some sharp, new blades.
A drill (to make starter hole for jigsaw)
Round backed file
Some 400g wet n dry
and some quality masking tape to protect from scratches.

Dont use the tin snips, you'll never get a decent finish and will probably end up bending the case as you go. As jeckulz says drill jigsaw a file and maybe some blowhole trim, take your time and the old advice "measure twice and cut once"
