Case modding to the max!

I am getting a fairly good condition Antec 300 soon (by next week) for £16.50 local collection! I am wanting some ideas, right now I am thinking of cutting a side window, better cable management, spray some of it

, replacing some of the rivets with bolts or whatever, removing the stupid fan grills that restrict air flow, buy LED fans etc

What do you think?
