Hey, i been playing with the idea of modding the new case i get side window, its a rather interesting design im looking at, but the thing is, i know the a dremel is handy for cutting cases, but i dont think its going to be up to the job for this, plus with the angles in stuff,

One of my friends sugguested laser cutting as its clean and you will get a nice edge, but where would i get this done, has anyone ever heard of this being done before, if so where could i get it done?????

Thanks

Personally i'd suggest using a good jigsaw and smoothing off with a Dremmel.

Might also want to check that there is'nt a windowed side panel for your case available to buy.

I modded my Chieftec Dragon side panel to have a window...I believe me and my father did it with just a normal Bosch Jig-saw or something...

It wasent a square window either, hard to explain, then we just got some rubber-ish edging and ran it along the inside of the cut..and attached some cut-perspex to the inside of the case, then fitted it together with some nice screws basically....Looks ok, nothing amazing but it works so hey :)

I'll try to post a picture or something if i can.
