Hi Guys, I currently have some strange sort of graphical issues with my PC, seems to show a lot of strange lines as I'm trying to start up the PC, no longer loads past the sort of initial start up point either.

I am looking to get a new case to put my new PC components in when I work out what the issue is and what components need replacing but I've always been bad with cases.

I am after an air cooled case with dust filters if possible (my old haf 932 was a dust magnet), I don't really understand the major differences of the bigger and smaller mobo's so I've ben looking at the bitfenix shadow case but not sure if that motherboard size would be limiting

budgeting around £100 for case but not looking to spend it unless case is worth it, processor and mobo don't need to be priced up as I'll just get what I want with those.

but I am looking to get a new processor (probably i5 3470 unless 3570 is worth it) but can anyone recommend a good standard gaming case with good air cooling and dust filters? Possibly a mobo that would be good with that case if possible too please but not necessary as I can check that out later.

edit: I notice the corsair 550d is on sale and looks good, not sure if 750d is worth the extra money though (definitely is for looks though :p)

Looking at under £100 but ideally a bit less so around 80 but if there's a case that is worth it I would go up to £100 and there about so willing to stretch past 100 if there is a very nice case that is going to be worth the price and last a while^^

You mentioned you haven't got a motherboard yet, so MATX could be an option slightly smaller than a full sized motherboard with only room for two double slot graphics cards.

Exactly the same style as the 750D but much smaller, mine lives on my desk next to the monitor so I can look into the case. Fully dust filtered with a lot of nice extra's for making a build look good.

YOUR BASKET
1 x Corsair Obsidian 350D Windowed Micro ATX Case - Black (CC-9011029-WW) £94.99
Total : £104.59 (includes shipping : £8.00).

If you want to go with a full sized motherboard then I would be looking at the 750D or the Air 540 (as you mentioned air cooling).

The Air 540 comes in a few color options, so listed them below too.

YOUR BASKET
1 x Corsair Obsidian 750D Full Tower Case - Black (CC-9011035-WW) £138.98
1 x Corsair Carbide 540 High Airflow ATX Cube Case - Arctic White (CC-9011048-WW) £129.95
1 x Corsair Carbide 540 High Airflow ATX Cube Case - Silver (CC-9011034-WLED) £129.95
1 x Corsair Carbide 540 High Airflow ATX Cube Case - Black (CC-9011030-WW) £129.95
Total : £559.37 (includes shipping : £25.45).

So the only difference between Matx and ATX etc. is just the amount of cards they can crossfire / SLI pretty much?

I think the Corsair 750D is looking like my pick of the litter so far because of the dust filters on all ends and it's a bit bigger but space isn't a huge issue. The 350D was a very nice suggestion but doesn't seem to have all the same filters. Thanks for the help though, I'll keep my eye out for good prices on these cases :)

Sorry for the late reply too, work and all :(
