Hey guys. I got an aerocool vs 3 case with 3 fans inside.
2x COOLERMASTER R4-S2S, one on the bottom and one on the side of the case and 1 aerocool fan that came with the case and its installed at the rear of the case. All 3 of the fans are 120mm. Also my cpu cooler is this one

My problem is that i hear all the time that airflow in the case and its driving me crazy. Is there any solution to it? I know that my case sucks but my budget was low. I am thinking of replacing the rear aerocool fan with 1 bitfenix spectre or and enermax uctb12, but i dont think it will solve my problem.

Any suggestions?Except from throwing the case out of the window ;p

go for spectre pro's if your going for bitfenix fans, i have 4 myself they are very good. as for your case noise eliminate everything you can (Got any hdd's? suspend them in your optical bay with 4mm bungee bought off the bay). Still you are always going to hear something! but buy better fans, I cannot stress that enough. Get a fan controller too your fans dont need full speed when idle and when your using your pc fully your likely going to have game sounds if thats what your using your machine for which of course covers the noise up.

Simple options:
*Better fans, Personally I can vouch for 120mm Bitfenix spectre pro's
*String your HDD with bungee cord in your optical bays (google it)
*Fan controller, one of the best methods for reducing noise.
*Rubber grommets! Got those fans attached to just metal? Get some dampend grommets

Advanced options:
*Find a solid side panel, it will cut your noise out a lot but you have to consider your cooling
*Take some tools to your case, Anywhere a fan attached to metal pulling air through those cheese hole grates CUT the grates out, line with u-channel trim/blow hole trim for clean look.
*Sorry to say it but better case, not strictly needed but the difference between a budget case and something a bit more out of pocket makes a huge impact(Depending entirely on chosen case of course)

but remember, short of a having an entirely passive system you will NEVER cut noise completely but you can cut it to a point that it is entirely acceptable to yourself.

Personally when I want to goto sleep but need to leave pc on, I dial my CPU cooler fans back to 850rpm(2x bitfenix spectre pros), Turn my front fan off, dial my top intakes back to 450rpm.. everything is whisper quiet and temps still stay acceptable for idle/downloading

some corsair sp120 quiet editions for your cooler and af120's for your case

im using both and i highly recommend them, they also have rubber grommets in the corner of the fans to vibration is eliminated

you also get three colored rings so you can match your systems color theme

they also do a af140 quiet edition (im getting two soon for roof exhaust) :)
