Hi all, looking for a bit of help from the arty people to point me in the right direction.

Ive got a Silverstone TJ04 case with a side panel. Im wanting to remove the perspex and put in an aluminium panel with a custom paint design on it so i can put in soundproofing. Problem is im as artistic as a dead thing. Could anybody point me in the right direction of where to look for what im after?

Im looking for a electrcity/wire design in bright light blue on a black background. You can see from the pics what im meaning.

This is the case panel. Im looking for the design "wires" to be coming from the top left of the window as im plannign to put a blue LED fan there:

This is pretty much what im after, except its oreintated the wrong way, is a bit of a dull blue except for that one bit and the background is wrong:

Again very close to what im after, but wrong colour scheme:

Perfect colour if ignoring the stars:

Thanks for your help all!

Hmmm, there is software that generates these patterns, and I am pretty sure there is a site with a bunch of them, if only I could remember it.

You would be best to get this printed onto some kind of vinyl material and stick it onto your panel, rather than attempt to paint it.

Ah should have said. Im planning to get this printed out onto a custom laptop skin which is about the perfect size for the perspex. Also going to look up the price to put it onto vinyl from a local shop sign company.

Fingers crossed you can remember the program, can sit my brother down infront of it to come out with what im after as he is artistic and im not :D

Vinyl is for girls, and every time someone uses it, I kill a kitten!

Real men get their designs airbruished!

I cant remember the name of that type of image, is it fractal art?
It would be hard to airbrush, but not impossible :), and would have a lot more POP than dull printed vinyl

to get that sort of desighn airbrushed is good money but would certainly be the muts groin inhabitants.

I can see that being quite an interesting technique to airbrush. I can certainly see a way how to do it now... might give it a try when i get home tomorrow.

Reminds me of the days of practicing airbrush art by doing 'space landscapes' lol good stuff. :)
