Who? Where? How much? How long? How durable is the finish? What do you need to do to prepare it?

I've found plenty on google but would like ot know your recomendations.

We can't say who or where, since it will probably come under the competitors bracket.
I've had the insides of a case powdercoated and it seemed nice and durable, but I've sold the case since so I can't say how it would cope over a really long time (ie years) it certainly seemed more scratch resistant than the outside of the Lian Li's I have had.

Think I paid around £65 for the inside of my A71.

Damn, thanks for the input though. I only asked because I once used a company through google to powdercoat a bike frame and it wasn't durable at all and chipped very easy.

As above really.

Powdercoating is much more durable against scratches than spray paint and anodising.

Webbo Im curious, Im looking into buying a MM UFO case soon, and was wondering what the main differences/advantages/disadvantges between powder coating/anodising are?
sry to hijack your thread froggy

Check my log out as I had my Silverstone TJ07 case powder coated a matt black. Its finish is superb and very durable.

Powder coating is basically a baked enamel finish, just go and look in halfords at their toolboxes, they tend to be powdercoated. Anodising is an electroplated finish, it keeps the grain of the aluminium but can scratch a lot easier (but looks better imo!)
