Case & PSU required?

I am wanting to spend up to £50, maybe even £40, being really tight, on a case and a PSU, I am unsure what wattage is needed for a Phenom II 965 although it is 125w version, and also a ATi 5770.

I was told 400 could theoretically run it, 450 could run it fine.

I want to overclock CPU, Graphics and possibly RAM(8gb 1600MHz standard DDR3 12800), I am not sure if 500w is enough... anyone?

I am good at finding bargains, but I will try to keep the PSU and case issue in mind, see the prices of all other things I have listed and see what I can do with money, I have more money.. I just don't like spending so much.

I need a high performance PSU rather than a standard PSU... regardless of the wattage?

Thanks, still says 450 is needed, but it doesn't give options for how many cores or what models for phenom of my graphics card, but I think 550, 600 will be ok
