The only example I can give is the corsair 750d. It has a HDD caddy like the one in the picture, and the ssd's have their own little slots at the back of the case (behind the motherboard).
As SSDs don't vibrate, don't produce as much heat as a HDD and are pretty compact, case manufacturers tend to put 2.5" bays in some very weird and wonderful positions.
The case you've linked to, for example, has the two 2.5" bays simply screwed into the holes above the 3.5" bays. I've highlighted the holes for these in this pic (except one of the top ones, which is slightly out of shot):
