Case Question

Hey Guys first post .. been hanging about for a while... gunna be a lot of questions over next year so bear with me

First and foremost whats everyone think of the Corsair Obsidian 800d case?

Need a new case as i dont think my current case is up to my watercooling adventure which im planning for about 6 months time haha

(current case NZXT M59)

I was looking at the HAF X but i really dont like the front panel design

Heres a spec of what im planning to be using for my watercooling loop:

pump: Laing DDC 3.2 Ultra
Reservoir: XSPC Laing reservoir pumptop

lexi
Radiator - XSPC RX240
Rad Fans: Yate Loons d12sl-12 x 2
CPU block: Swiftech A[pgee XT (so when i upgrade to i7 its compatable)
GPU block: XSPC Full Cover Razor G92

the cpu is a intel dual core @ 2.33ghz not oc'd (yet)
was planning on just the one loop so yeh
Any input would be great

A nice case (In my opinion anyway) and it'll probably the case I choose for my new build too (either that or the 700D probably), something that you might have come across, but it useful to know if you haven't: the 700D is the same as the 800D except for the hotswap HDD bays, and the windowed panel.

cheers for the reply guys... going for the 800d because one it has the window ( i like the glow haha ) and the hotswap bays are a nice thing to have .. just easier

But then agaiin i like how minimalistic the 700d is ... decisions decisions... people are so annoyying :L haha im going to have to think about it now

anyway thoughts on watercooling loop setup??

will it be good enough for my next rig ? (i7 930 and gtx 480)

Something I've heard is that you can contact Corsair to buy a windowed case for the 700D (The 800D and 700D panels are interchangeable)

ahh that could be a decision maker the window could probally cost a fair bit though :/

You can always purchase the 700D and modify the case by cutting you own window.
This will make the project cheaper than ordering a replacement from Corsair.

i love both case's.

how about if you purchased both case's at the same time and then decide what one to send back
