Just moving things around as I'm tight on space and with a recent 5870 card things are a little warm. I'm after recommendations for this little lot.

Q6600 B3 CPU - want 3Ghz out of it
Assus P5Q Pro motherboard
4GB PC6400 RAM
Noctua HSF with two fans
5 x 3.5" HDDs
DVD-RW - 5.25"
ATi 5870 graphics card
Belkin USB card
Linksys wireless car - prob staying out.
Corsair modular 520W PSU

G0 is a lot better for overclocking than the B3, you might struggle running the 5870 on the 520W PSU as well

The only thing that instantly springs to mind is Lian Li, they're spacious and the hard drive caddies are removable so your 5870 is pretty much guaranteed to fit in Silverstone are worth a look as well

If you don't mind doing a bit of modding the HAF 932 and Antec 1200 will fit everything in, even if you choose to keep the Linksys in

MM didn't particularly want to outlay for a new PSU as well..

How is it a simple 5870 purchase = a load extra spent elsewhere :(

Depends how much I can get for the Corsair PSU

Trying to source a G0 at the moment.

Getting small cases for lot of/high end components tends to cause that crampedness...

Lian Li A70 would take up to ten HDDs and have lot of space for graphics cards and you could get this for increasing airflow between expansion cards.

There's nothing especially power hungry in HD5870 and B3 Q6600 peaks slightly under 100W at stock.

A G0 is certainly the cpu to go for overclocking, much more potential than B3.

For a case th Lian Li A70 looks pretty good.

A 5870 measures 28cm (11") so as long as your HDD caddy is removable you should be ok.

Hopefully going to get something and then sell my B3 for a similar amount..

The 5870 fits in my Antec 300 at the moment, but not with the extra disks going in. However I am thinking of get some 5.25 mountings and fitting these disks at the top.

I'll have a look at the Lian Li A70, I had a Lian Li years ago and loved it. Should never have got rid of it!

If you need to remove something then that case is simply small.

In original A70/71 there's about 6cm of space left to mid case fan cage.
(in Fashion editions without HDD cage's push-pull fan config there's ~4cm more space)
