Hi everyone,

I'm currently looking at changing my rig (i5 2500k+Asus P8P67) and thought it might be time to change the case: an ancient Antec Sonata.

Problem is I can't find something likely to hold a GTX970 (or slightly bigger) and less than 45 cm in height - I don't want some huge tower.

Not easy, as GPU clearance is not always clear in the product specifications.

The Antec One seem to tick the boxes, but it looks a bit cheap. Antec P280 looks brilliant, but it's a bit too big.

Any advice? Any brand, really. Budget is up to £100.

Thanks

Amazing advice. I'd nevver heard of them and this case looks amazing. No optical drive seems a bit strange, but I could just get an external one for the odd occasion.

I've just looked at a review of the Source 340.

Is it not a problem that the PSU in encased, with no space for the PSU's fan to dissipate heat? Overheating? Noise?

Hey, thanks for your answers.

If the air intake is facing down, it's drawing air from below the case, am I right? Does not seem the best to me, but I guess it's better than drawing air from inside the case.

Also, it seems there is no room in that case for a SLI setup. I can live with that, but then I really shouldn't buy a z-97 pro gamer, it's a waste of money, what would be the alternative with Asus? EDIT: I just saw some SLI setup in this case, so I was wrong, it IS possible and fits in well.

Ticks all the boxes then :-)
