Case to replace Enthoo Luxe

Hi everyone, I was wondering which case would be best to replace my Enthoo Luxe as although I love the Luxe' layout for watercooling the creaking noises from it heating up and cooling are very annoying and quite un-nerving.

I would like the case to support watercooling, be well built and have reasonable silence optimisation (e.g noise foam etc) and if possible be able to run tubing in the rear of the case.

Any help is greatly appreciated :D

OCUK do their own noise dampening kit specifically for the Enthoo Luxe?

Or do you definitely want a completely new case? If so, what's your budget?
It's not noise from the components though, it's when the system turns off and it starts creaking so I don't think a sound dampening kit would make it better. I think I need a new case and my budget is up to and around £100 but ideally under :)

Yeah really is annoying :( Shame, as you said is a nice case other wise. Not sure what to replace it with though as not looked at cases in ages.

I know, although other cases might be better built they are not the best designed for watercooling or they are very expensive. At the moment I have my eye on the Define S but there isn't enough room to run tubing in the back of the case :(

Another question, which is the best mid tower for watercooling for features such as being silent optimised and allowing tubing to be run in the rear of the case like the H440 and other cases? And is there a way to stop the Luxe from creaking and making noises as it must be something to do with the structure of the case and when it heats up and cools down.

Not noticed mine creaking, though I only have an AIO and rest air cooled.
Mine definitely creaks and cracks, I can hear it creak when it cools down and it is really annoying. I assume it's because of the radiators heating and cooling.

Would the Arc Midi R2 be a good choice for a Mid tower watercooling case? :)

Edit: Just had a eureka moment, it's the plastic panels that cause the creaking noise. I wonder if adding foam or silicion underneath them would help dampen the noise or vibrations to stop the cracking?

Just putting my thoughts in,

Having moved to a much larger water cooling loop in my current PC I got a 750D the build quality is excellent. People say that the side panels are a bit bendy - which yes they are. But when they are attached the thing is solid. I cannot recommend it enough. I'm running a 360 in the top and a 240 in the front with 2 780ti's and a 4790K over clocked and it goes through some heat changes when hitting it hard with games. No creaks, no noise, no fuss. Did I mention how much room there is behind the mobo tray... or the quality of the filters...

Just need a new front panel as my clips broke when one of my friends stuck his foot in it at a LAN party -.- FML

Mine dosen't crack that I have noticed, but surely if its only booting and shutting down, it shouldnt be an issue...? I would love to know what it actually is, might be the pressure from airflow dramatically dropping as the fans turn off? I dunno :p
Love my luxe though

I think it's the plastic top and front of the case expanding and contracting due to the heat from the radiators within the case. It seems that they can move causing the noise that irritates me :)

Sounds like a good replacement if my DIY project in the summer doesn't go well on the Luxe. I think I might add some sound dampening foam and silicon to relieve the stress from the plastic on the metal. Just wondering though, is there enough room to run watercooling tubing on the rear of the 750D? :)
