The new style £150 atcs 840 ?
You aren't going to get a better case than the atcs 840 for £120, If I had an atcs 840 I wouldn't swap it for a p190 let alone p183.
You could get a silverstone fortress ft01 in silver for £126 or take a look at the lian li range.

However for a little cheaper you can get a great range of cases;

I bit the bullet this month and bought this case as an upgrade from an Antec 300. It's fantastic, my only gripe are the routing grommets, I'm looking to replace these. My CPU has basically stayed the same temps on stock cooling (32c underload) and is very very quiet. (2x 120mm Fractal Design top fans, 2x Enermax Cluster front intake and another 120mm FD rear exhaust). Also, damn is it quiet!

Basically a Lian Li made of steel. Never owned one, but looking at one of these for a build in the future. Read many great things about them and I think they look pretty damn stylish :D

what about the Fractal design define R2 case. Add a few fans and its great. i had an antec 1200 before and i tell you this is not too far off plus it has the bonus of being extremely silent

I was mainly considering these three:

Probably not the 60FW as someone has written a review saying the aluminum was too thin causing vibrations (which i currently have in my case), and if i replaced all the fans in my case, it would be like £100+ so its not worth it, better to buy a case :d

Second one is micro ATX case and third noise leaking.

Antec P18x and Fractal Design R2 would be both good.
If it isn't gaming PC then even Antec Sonata/Solo could work but I don't think that's the case so neither is A05N that good option.
FromLin Li PC-B25F would be decent option to those original requirements and max 150 budget.

If you like PC being quiet then don't waste your money.
Adding damping mats can't help with open noise leaking design.
