Really like the look (feature wise) of these new Zotac N330 IONITX-AB that are available for pre-order at most places (inc. OCUK). So I'm considering one for multiple low power purposes (a mini-server if you like). However, one thing I'm struggling with is the choice (or lack there of) of cases for it.

I was hoping to get 3x 2.5" HDD in there, and at the same time still be small enough to sit on the shelf with my blu-ray player.

Anyone have any good suggestions, mine main criteria is the maximum height, around 7 - 8cm at most, and the capacity of the Zotac N330 IONITX-AB and 3x 2.5" HDD's. I don't need anything else, no slimlime DVD/CD etc.

Compucase 8k01 - officially has one 3.5 bay but you could easily fit 2 more 2.5s in.... if you cannot find pics I can send some of mine in due course.

I have the InWin BM639 here:

Its cage in the bottom (standing vertically) can take a 2.5" drive on top and a 3.5" drive in the base. Underneath the slimline drive slot it also has a bay for a card reader - i think you could fit another 3.5" drive in there. So all in all you could get 3 drives in this easily maybe even 4 with a bit of modding.

Can you tell me if that case comes with blanking plates for the half height PCI slots or are they those awful push out perforated plates. Blanking plates could be modded easily into half height PCI plates for my cards U see... ;)

Well as it's going to be sitting next to my AV Amp I just wacked it in a large Silverstone HCPC case not sure what model it is.

Acres of space, should help keep it cool.
